Ever dream of flying?

Make that dream come true....Discover the lightest, most simplistic, form of aviation that exists.   Prepare to have your mind blown!  Learn to soar with "no motor", just like the birds do.  Fly up to 300 miles, over mountain ranges, across valleys, at heights of 17,000 feet for up to 10 hours!  Learn the art of "acro", aka. tricks, SAT's, McTwists, Helicopters, etc., Go Vol-Biv flying....fly, hike, and camp.  Paraglide for multiply days, camping along the way!  Participate in paraglide races where a course is set and you fly with 100 other pilots and race to the finnish.   A typical day involves getting off work and heading out to your local mountain to soar for up to 3 hours and make it back before dinner!  Learning to fly like the birds is the name of the game.  The art of thermalling, using columns of rising air to lift yourself high enough to be able to glide to the next point!!! Paragliding is a lifetime of learning and it can start today!

I am a certified USHPA instructor.  I have been flying since 2000 in the Shasta Valley area.  I recommend learning locally to where you live. We will be training on the same mountains to which you will fly after you graduate.  This way you will be accostomed to the weather patterns and local conditions, making you a confident and proficient pilot.
